On 30th April, our lives changed in a matter of moments.

Hitesh, my 19-year-old brother, suffered a sudden brain haemorrhage with pontine bleeding. One day he was a normal teenager with dreams, plans, and a bright future ahead of him. Next, he was lying in a hospital bed, fighting for his life.

Watching him connected to machines was something our family was never prepared for. Every day felt uncertain. Every update from the doctors filled us with both hope and fear.

After days of intensive care, the ventilator was finally removed. While this was an important milestone, Hitesh's journey is far from over. He remains under close observation as doctors monitor his condition and focus on controlling his blood pressure, managing his fever, and supporting his recovery.

My brother has always been full of life. Today, his biggest dream is no longer about studies or career plans. He simply wants to regain control of his body, stand on his own feet, and live a normal life again.

Our family has already spent more than ₹10 lakhs on his treatment. We have relied on savings, help from relatives, and every resource we could find. But the expenses continue to grow, and we are struggling to keep up.

As his sister, I cannot bear to see him lose this fight when he has his whole life ahead of him.
