My name is Supriya Bordoloi, and I am raising funds for my friend's husband, Jadumoni Rajkhowa, who is suffering from Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). He is currently dependent on regular dialysis (twice a week), and doctors have advised an urgent kidney transplant as the best treatment option. Chronic Kidney Disease has completely changed Jadumoni's life. His kidneys are no longer functioning properly, making it difficult for his body to remove toxins and excess fluids. Because of this, he has to undergo frequent dialysis sessions just to stay stable. The physical and emotional burden of living with kidney disease has been immense for him and his family.
