This Fundraiser will Support Multiple Patients
I am Emy’s father. I want to share our story. My daughter, Emy, is just 5 years old. She was always a happy child, but in April 2024, she started having headaches. We took her to the doctor, and our world turned upside down when we found out she had a brain tumor.
Emy underwent surgery for a VP shunt on August 17, 2024, and then had the tumor removed on August 30, 2024. After the surgeries, we were hopeful, but there is more treatment needed. According to the doctors at Medica Hospital, Emy needs an autologous cranioplasty, which is important for her recovery.
As a daily wage laborer, I earn around Rs 500 a day as a farmer or mason. With three older brothers and a sister to take care of, it’s hard to make ends meet. My wife and I are doing our best, but the medical expenses are overwhelming.
We come from Mizoram, a place where support can be hard to find. I am reaching out for help for my little girl. Every small contribution will help us pay for Emy’s treatment and give her a chance to smile again.
