Latest Update

Dear Donors,

The baby is still under close monitoring and is currently not fully stable.

The doctors have informed us that there is a bleed in the baby’s brain, which they expect to be gradually absorbed by the body over the next 2–3 months. At present, there is no specific medication required for the bleed, and the doctors are closely monitoring it.

The baby’s lungs are also not fully developed, so the baby is still dependent on an HFO (High-Frequency Oscillatory) ventilator for breathing support. The doctors have started a 12-day course of steroids to help support lung development and improve lung function.

The family has already spent around ₹16 lakh on his treatment, surgery, hospitalization, medicines, and intensive care. We now urgently need ₹32 lakh more to continue his treatment.

Please consider supporting our little fighter. Even a small contribution can help us continue his treatment and give him a chance to come home healthy.

Story

My son was born far too early, at just 29 weeks of pregnancy. Since the day he came into this world, he has known only the NICU, machines and constant medical care. Soon after his birth, doctors found a severe fungal infection called Aspergillosis in his intestine. It had become so dangerous that he needed emergency surgery, and more than 30% of his small intestine had to be removed to save his life. Since then, he has been battling short bowel syndrome and is still unable to tolerate feeds. His gut is not moving properly, and he now also has a bleed in his brain that has caused seizures. Seeing my tiny son go through all of this is something I never imagined as a father.

Right now, my son is on ventilator support, fighting to recover while his gut struggles to function. His surgery, MRI, and every treatment so far have been critical steps in keeping him alive. The next hope we are holding on to is seeing his gut start moving, his stoma function properly and, most importantly, seeing him finally tolerate his feeds.

I don't want anything extraordinary for my son; I just want him to grow up healthy and stable, live the life he deserves, and one day be strong enough to help others and his community. As his father, I am holding on to that dream and praying we can bring him home.

The cost of his life-saving treatment and medications has reached lakhs. My family and I have spent all our financial resources to save our baby’s life, but it's not enough; we need more funds to continue the life-saving treatment.

Be a miracle for my baby; your donation will play a vital role in saving my little infant's life. So please extend your helping hand and save my baby’s life. Donate now!
