“Ever since my son’s sickness, we have been living on loan. Sometimes, we get to eat food. Other times, we sleep on an empty stomach.”

When my son was born, I never thought we would be in such a situation. My name is Shubham and my 1 y/o son Ayansh has been struggling in pain for months now.

2-3 days after his birth, we noticed that my son had a lump on his neck. This lump grew bigger and turned into an infection. Now, a year later, my son’s neck is immovable. It is stuck in an upward position and Ayash cannot move it even a little.

His pain just keeps increasing with each day. My boy cannot sleep on his back, cannot turn his body, or do any movements without feeling immense agony. He struggles everyday. My heart breaks to see him like this. When my wife and I found out we were going to have a baby, we were so excited. We had so many dreams for him, so many memories to make. We didn’t know our lives would take such a tragic turn.

Doctors have told us that Ayansh needs immediate surgery to correct his condition. Without surgery, his neck will remain like this and his health will deteriorate. With the corrective surgery, my son can live a healthy life without any discomforts and suffering.

I am a humble man buried under financial struggles. My family and I are crushed under poverty. I earn a meagre income of Rs.350 a day and all of it goes into my son’s treatments, but it is still not enough. His medical bills are mounting and I am left empty handed. There are days when we don’t have food to eat and go to sleep on empty stomachs.

But I have not lost hope. My son deserves to heal and I will do everything I can to make him better. This is why I turn to you. Your kindness and generosity can change my son’s life. With your donations, my Ayansh will get his corrective surgeries and his pain will come to an end.
